Healthy chia seed pudding recipe is a quick and easy breakfast recipe. How to make vegan chia pudding, with homemade almond milk and without added sugar. Super filling and protein rich breakfast, ideal to use in a healthy weight loss diet.
I prefer to make homemade plant based milk at home as it is easy and I am sure that there are no added additives, preservatives or even any stabilizers in the milk. It's just a matter of personal choice however, if you prefer you can use your trusted plant milk. Also, if you do not have any issues with dairy milk; feel free to use dairy milk instead.
Given a chance I would use A2 fresh milk; as its A1 milk that I am avoiding. Anyways like I mentioned before if you do not have any issues with dairy, you can use it.
I did not use any sweetener not even dates in this recipe however, you can use any sweetener of your choice if you prefer. Just play around to suit your taste.
