Vegan Sandwich Recipe - Beetroot Sandwich

  Beetroot sandwich recipe is a filling sandwich, ideal as meal for breakfast, lunch, dinner in your weightloss journey.  This vegan sandwich has subtle Indian spices and a total winner if you love the goodness of beets. I make my own sandwich bread and has stopped buying bakery bread since many years and this sandwich was enjoyed by my son. It is filling and super healthy. You need to try this no fuss super easy veg sandwich. I used my roti tawa to toast the sandwich and I also prefer to keep a heavy skillet on top as this will help in even toasting and sealing the filling. If you have not tried this method, pls do try. Millet Granola Recipe

  Millet granola recipe, how to make millet granola with jowar flakes (jowar poha). Jowar also known as sorghum is a highly nutritious millet and it is completely gluten free. Its rich in fibre and low in glycemic index and helps to keep you feel satiated for a longer time. Thus its ideal as healthy snack for the whole family. To make the granola, I am using sprouted jowar poha, sprouting millets helps in better nutrient absorption and in better digestion. As a sweetener, I am using kakvi also known as liquid jaggery. Instead of kakvi, you can use maple syrup, dates syrup, palm jaggery syrup...any liquid sweetener of your choice will be ideal. The liquid jaggery will help to coat the jowar flakes thus giving the granola a subtle sweetness.
