Masala peanuts, peanut masala (non fried) is a healthy crispy and crunch snack which can be enjoyed by the whole family. Its super healthy and not fried. Baked peanut masala is easy to make at home in just under 15-20 mins. Its gluten free, vegan, and easy to make at home. The whole family can enjoy this guilt free snack.
Ingredients:
2 cups raw peanut
1 tsp black peppercorns
4 garlic cloves
1/4 inch ginger
1 tbsp wood pressed ground nut oil
1/3 tsp besan flour
1 tsp pink himalayan salt or as needed
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 1/2 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp arrow root powder
2-3 tbsp water
1 tsp rice flour (add towards the last)

Method:
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree C for 15 - 20 mins. Half way through stir the peanuts.
Remember oven temperature varies with oven.
