Ingredients:
10 cardamons
10 cashew nuts, chopped
10 almonds, chopped
2 tbsp golden raisins
1 whole grated coconut or 2 cups tightly packed grated coconut
1 cup crushed jaggery powder
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp desi ghee
This halwa will keep good for a week at room temperature and longer in the fridge.
