Sweet potato paratha, how to make sweet potato paratha, sweet potato thepla. This paratha is mildly spiced and flavoured with Indian spices. Sweet potatoes are a rich source of resistant starch, it is rich in vitamin A and other essential nutrients. Hence always try to include it in your diet when they are in season.
Ingredients:
200 gms sweet potato, boiled
1 cup khapli wheat flour (emmer wheat)
Pink himalayan salt as needed
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/3 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp jeera
1/3 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
1/4 inch ginger
1 green chilli
Coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp water
Wood pressed ground nut oil as needed.
