Skillet cookie, healthy whole wheat skillet cookie recipe made without maida, refined oil, refined sugar, or butter. Super healthy and easy to make in the skillet. I used jaggery to sweeten this skillet cookie, no refined sugar at all in this healthy cookies.
Ingredients:
2 handful cashew nuts
150 gms dark chocolate
1 cup wood pressed coconut oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups jaggery, crushed
3 cups khapli wheat flour or whole wheat flour
2 fat pinches of pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
