Gobi 65 recipe, healthy gobi 65 without maida, crispy cauliflower 65 restaurant style in a much healthier way. Gobi 65 is a snack and can be enjoyed by the whole family. I created this recipe into a much healthier version.
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
1/4 cup jowar flour
2 tbsp arrow root powder
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 cup water
coriander leaves
curry leaves
1 green chilli, chopped
1 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp wood pressed ground nut oil
1/2 tsp garam masala.

1/2 tsp whole black peppercorns
1/4 inch ginger
4 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp arrow root powder

wood pressed ground nut oil as needed
