1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
3/4 cup water, add little by little

handful of garlic cloves
3 tbsp desi ghee
handful of coriander leaves
1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt

extra desi ghee as needed
