Ragi roti is a diabetic friendly meal and is a healthier option for those with diabetes. Finger millet is gluten free and easy to digest. It is a bit difficult to make roti with ragi as the dough will start to break once you roll out. I am sharing some tips and suggestions to make soft ragi roti which can be served with dal or sabzi.
