Heard of meal replacement shakes? they are simple smoothies but has the power of a full meal. This coffee chocolate banana smoothie with oats is one my favourite these days. I am a coffee lover and a chocoholic, and having them both in my morning smoothie is something I like these days.
It keeps me full and satiated till my next meal as it is power packed and full of nutrients and vitamins
and the best thing is it helps you lose weight!!
I used instant coffee powder in this recipe, but you can use left over brewed coffee (your morning leftover coffee) instead. This smoothie has more of coffee flavour than chocolate.
The oats, flax seeds, and chia seeds are the meal makers. I used instant oats and did not roast them, be sure to check out my video for more tips
