Avocado shake recipe, learn to make healthy avocado - pineapple smoothie with some super foods like tulsi (holy basil) and flaxseeds for your breakfast and it sure will keep you fuller for long and help to lose weight fast.
I like to make my breakfast smoothie packed with a variety of super foods. I like to add not only flaxseeds but turmeric, tulsi (holy basil), mint leaves, and fresh and frozen fruits. To get in some healthy greens in this smoothie, I used my garden fresh tulsi leaves and mint leaves as when it comes to greens I go strictly on the organic mode.
Pineapples and avocados are in season and I like to use seasonal fruits and veggies. Shakes with tulsi will give you the much needed antioxidants and if you are interested to know some of the health benefits of tulsi pls check the video below.
Coming to flax seeds, they are my go-to proteins for my smoothies and shakes, they are packed with omega 3 fatty acids and they make you feel fuller for long and a great addition to power up breakfast; and if by any chance you want to shed that extra pound then its high time you stock them up. Turmeric: The ingredient which I am always addicted to be it in curries or smoothies or home remedies or face packs, turmeric, oh! I love thee!

Now coming back to the recipe; this smoothie is power packed with nutrients and its a must have breakfast recipe. I used frozen pineapple as it will help the smoothie get a creamy texture but thats entirely my personal preference.
