Ginger lime juice is a soothing and relaxing summer juice which can be made really quick with fresh lemon and fresh ginger root. Serving it topped with ice cubes and a sprig of fresh mint leaves is a treat to beat the summer heat.
How to make ginger lime juice video recipe:
Ingredients:
Lemon: 1/2 lemon
Ginger: 1/4 inch
Water: 1 glass
Sugar: 1 1/2 tbsp or as needed
Ice cubes: 2-3
A sprig of mint leaves
Method:
Into a blender add in the slice lemon, ginger, water and sugar. Blend it for a minute and then pour into a serving glass. Top it with ice cubes and a spring of mint leaves. Serve immediately.
