Oil free curry gravy recipe, yes this curry gravy with healthy punjabi matar paneer is 100% oil free and the best part is nobody guessed it was oil free when I served them with hot phulkas and in no minutes the bowl was wiped clean....and then only I told hubby and kids that...it was completely oil free much to their surprise. I have to mention that this curry is so easy to make I mean you just roughly chop the ingredients and put in cooker with water and salt and wait for 5 whistles and then puree and add in peas (matar) and paneer and simmer for 2-3 mins...it hardly took 15 minutes for me to make.
