Mooli sabzi recipe, learn how to make low calorie mooli sabzi (radish dry fry). Radish which is known as mooli in Hindi is a root vegetable but has very less calories and is a healthy vegetable. If you get tender radish then you can use them in salads or even make parathas with them.
The leaves of the mooli can also be used in salads or added to the sabzi. This sabzi is made with just 1 tsp oil and is a good choice to include them to make your diet healthy. This sabzi goes well with roti and can be had as a side dish.

INGREDIENTS:
Radish/mooli : 500gm
oil: 1 tsp
Jeera: 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste.
