Apple Chia Seeds Smoothie Recipe

Apple chia seeds smoothie with flaxseeds, cinnamon, and turmeric is a power packed anti-oxidant and protein rich breakfast smoothie and it will keep you fuller till lunch time. No snacking till lunch time means, you lose weight! and yes, this protein shake will help you to knock of those extra pounds especially the belly area.

So, I like to call this an instant belly fat burning smoothie and you got to try this for sure.

Chia seeds are one of the healthiest food on the planet and they are tiny seeds which provides sustainable energy. The best thing about them is that they are loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidents, and various micro nutrients.

Chia seeds and basil seeds (sabja seeds) are different.

Starting your day with a meal that contain chia seeds will help you to maintain a healthy weight as it will keep you fuller for a long time and thus prevents any snacking or binge eating.

Chia seeds absorbs water and they expand 10-12 times their original size...and become jelly like balls, so if you soak them in water they will expand and absorb the water. They do not have much flavor on their own and they have a slight crunch when you bite.

Now, I personally do not like whole chia seeds in my drink or smoothie and I do not fancy that light crunch also. So, what I do is I add this into my blender along with the other ingredients and blend it up. The result is that the drink will be come slightly thicker and I wont get to taste the chia seeds. But again, this is a personal choice. If you do like it, simply soak in water or orange juice and mix up with the apple smoothie - and Homey likes this way.

Apples are low in calories and full of fiber and nutrients they help to maintain blood sugar level and the low sodium content in apples can help prevent excess water re-tention.

Oranges are low in calorie sna is nutrient rich and they are extremely high in vitamin c, vitamin B1...did you know that this vitamin helps your body deal with stress? Orange are rich in antioxidents and gives a healthy & glowing skin.

Cinnamon suppress your appetite and keeps you feeling full.
