So, what I do is I add this into my blender along with the other ingredients and blend it up. The result is that the drink will be come slightly thicker and I wont get to taste the chia seeds. But again, this is a personal choice. If you do like it, simply soak in water or orange juice and mix up with the apple smoothie - and Homey likes this way.
