2 ingredient ice cream? really? yes, you can make ice cream with just 2 ingredients; cream and condensed milk, so easy! and no churning needed. Kozhikode now tops the list of most hottest district in Kerala and ice creams are a blessing to beat the heat.
I used Amul fresh cream with has only 25% fat and hence refrigerated it, so that I can scoop out the cream and not use the watery whey will get accumulated in the bottom of the packet. But if you have access to full fat whipping cream then you can use the whole packet. Keep the ingredients in the fridge for best results.
UPDATE: MAY 16, 2016
It is with great sadness to note most of my recipes, the techniques, tricks, and tips that I have learned in the last 20 plus years which I have shared on my blog and youtube channel are being copied and shown in blogs; some of them do give credit to me and for which I am thankful that my work is appreciated, but a majority of them and some which I thought were good friends have started to copy the tips and suggestions which I had posted on my blog or on my videos, pls try not to copy my ideas and style. A lot of hardwork and energy is put into this, pls do not copy... it hurts!!!
